Ceramic Spindles / Friction discs

 

HTC offers various textile ceramics using in textile machinery, including ceramic spindle for VORTEX spining machine of MURATEC and ceramci friction discs.

 

Ceramic spindles

Ceramic spindles are made from "superhard" material with special forming and grinding method. These special material was independently developed by HTC, which results in working surfaces with extraordinary mirror-surface and diamond-like hardness, these properties effectively lengthens the service life of ceramic spindles.

HTC's ceramic spindles are used in the spining machine of textile machinery, which is now primarily to VORTEX spining machine of MURATEC.

 

Friction discs

Friction discs made from alumina with special forming and grinding method, ceramic friction discs from HTC are extremely effective in the continuous operation of friction texturing.
